• Built-in Huaxing Fusion HDS-C dispatch control software, which registers and connects to the HDS-1000 multimedia switch via IP network for overall dispatch control of the communication system. It serves as the core management and control device of the communication dispatch system.

• HDS-DDT500 supports communication dispatch for various types of communication terminals in the system, including HIP-200 IP telephone dispatch, wireless trunking intercom dispatch, PBX telephone dispatch, and PSTN landline/mobile communication dispatch.

• Real-time graphical display of terminal device types (IP phones, mobile phones, intercoms, etc.) and communication status (idle, ringing, in-call, etc.) via the large touchscreen.

• Dispatchers support dual-handset telephone communication with left and right handsets.

• Provides dispatch operations such as click-to-call, forced insertion, forced disconnect, call pickup, monitoring, call barring, call transfer, group call, teleconferencing, and public address broadcasting.

• Supports communication emergency plan management. Pre-edited communication emergency plans (e.g., fire incidents) can be configured according to the usage environment. When an event occurs, clicking the corresponding plan button on the dispatch console quickly initiates pre-set communication dispatch tasks (e.g., automatic public address broadcasting alerts, automatic conference calls with responsible personnel, automatic event SMS notifications).

• Includes monitoring functionality, displaying missed calls, unregistered devices, and call queue status, along with communication failure alerts and fault log management.

• Organizational structure management: Enables flexible and quick setup of personnel communication groups based on organizational structure, facilitating rapid communication dispatch according to various workgroups.
